This is the payment plan:

• US$15k reservation
• Complete 30% to start construction
• Additional 30% 2-3 months later depending on construction schedule walls, Roof, etc.
• 30% 2-3 months later depending on construction schedule, e.g. Windows, doors, finishing inside the Villa, etc.
• 10% with the handing over of the keys-completion.
