Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number in your party) must be made IN WRITING, and faxed, or emailed to Residencial Casa Linda, email: reservations@casalindacity.com, Fax: 809 571 1411.
Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date: Will result in a 50% penalty of the total room charge.
Are Non-refundable:
- No-shows
- late arrivals
- early departures
- a reduction in the total number of persons
- cancellations less than 30 days to arrival
Other important issues:
Residencial Casa Linda will make every effort to keep all villas and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, they will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. It is the Guest's obligation to report any problem or damage immediately to us. No refunds or price reductions / adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures.
If the guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with a property due to differences in taste according to decor, accommodation, location or any other reason and declines to stay at the rental property, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued.
Residencial Casa Linda reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability, should the villa reserved be sold, out of order or be deemed substandard by us for any reason.
Locked closets are reserved for the use of the villa owner and are not included in this rental.
Taxes:
There is a 16% tax imposed by the government. This price will be calculated into your total price. Minimum stay: 3 nights stay.

Lost Keys / Remote Controls:
Residencial Casa Linda shall charge Guests $50 for each set of lost or mishandled keys, A/C Remote controls or safe deposit box keys (where available).
