Building Timelines
- Construction of the swimming pool, swim up bars and recreational island is planned to break ground in December of 2010 with a scheduled completion in June 2011.
- The first townhome building, consisting of four townhomes, will begin construction in January of 2011 with scheduled completion in August of 2011.
- The three other townhome buildings will be constructed in staggered intervals throughout 2011, with all 16 units and infrastructure complete by the end of 2011.
Payment Guidelines and Schedule
Isla Paradiso is being sold as pre-construction until townhome units begin building late this year. For those reserving a townhome, they receive:
- first choice on units
- complete choice in finishes
- free stay in a 2 bedroom villa during townhome construction period
- $1,300 US in airfare costs
Payment Schedule:
- Purchase Contract is signed
- 30% of purchase price is paid as deposit and will be held in trust with solicitor until construction of townhouse unit begins
- 30% of purchase price paid at time of "roof on" stage
- 35% paid at time of completion of townhouse
- 5% held in trust by solicitor pending registration of title
